This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include installing a new 7' wide x 9' high partial height wall to define reception from work area with power, installing three new accent lights, updating data/comm, installing new power/data in built-in work station, replace break room sink, new accessible doors and hardware, new accessible receptions counter, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.**TLW**
