13th Street Pub and Grill (Kitchen Addition) - To construct a new 250 square foot kitchen addition on the second floor of an existing restaurant and office building. The kitchen addition is located on the southeast corner of a portion of the existing exterior east deck. The addition will contain a gas charbroiler grill and a gas griddle. There will be a Type I hood over the cooking appliances. The new addition will be accessed from the existing exterior deck stairway. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. A separate cooking hood fire suppression system permit will be required; as regulated by the Fire Department.
