(MATTRESS LAND) Fire sprinklers used for fire area. To create a 6,311 square foot retail sales tenant space within an existing 13,550 square foot building. Work is to include a tenant demising wall, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, restroom ceilings, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. A separate permit is required for any high-rack storage. Three new roof top HVAC units will be installed on existing curbs. An interior vestibule with glass doors and glass windows will be installed at the central double leaf door.
