(TEEN CHALLENGE IDAHO) Tenant is the GC-- Remodel of an existing teenage girl dormitory and school within an existing building per approved plans. Work to include select interior demolition; construct new interior walls to define office reception area, new kitchen with commercial grease hood / exhaust system; combine two restrooms to provide for accessibility of water closet & shower to serve new Teen Challenge dorm room; two private sleeping units and common living area for two staff; a laundry room and study area to create a combined educationa / residential facility for up to 20 teenage girls plus staff. This building will be fully sprinklered as part of this permit scope. Separate permit for sprinkler system and alarm system work requires separate permits as regulated by the fire department. A grease interceptor is being installed. Planning approval done under CUP11-00032.
