Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a restroom accessible to the disabled, millwork, and finishes. Two layers of 5/8” Type X gypsum board will be attached to the bottom of existing roof trusses to create a 1-hr fire-resistance-rated roof-ceiling assembly. One layer of 5/8” Type X gypsum board will be attached to the inside of exterior walls to create 1-hr fire-resistance-rated exterior walls with fire exposure from the inside. One-hr fire-resistance-rated walls at interior property lines are required to be maintained. Penetrations through fire-resistance-rated membranes are required to be fire-stopped in compliance with the 2009 IBC. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
