(JIMMY JOHN'S)(TENANT IMPROVEMENT) To build-out for the first time a 1,800 sq.ft. restuarant tenant space in a shell building constructed under BLD12-00470. Work includes: construction of interior nonbearing walls to divide this space into a commercial kitchen food prep. area, customer waiting and dining area, two fully accessible restrooms for men/women; Installation of a suspended ceiling system; interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; upgrade electrical, mechanical & plumbing to meet tenant needs and comply with current adopted codes and ordinances of Boise City. Energy code compliance for the envelope was part of the SHELL permit. Sealing & insulation of ductwork, mechanical and lighting compliance are a part of this permit. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved. This building is NOT fire sprinklered. **SRZ**
