FedEx Ground Building Addition (Foundation and Underground Utilities Only) - This permit is issued to pour footings and foundation and install underground utilities for the future construction of a 12,280 sq. ft. FedEx Ground pre-engineered metal storage building addition. Work under this permit shall not proceed beyond the pour of the foundation until final approval of plans and issuance of the full building permit. That permit has not yet been applied for. As owner or designated agent, I acknowledge that I am performing this work at my own risk without assurance that the permit for the entire building structure will be granted, and I agree to make any modifications to the early foundation work performed as may be required to comply with the City Codes and the final approved building plans and conditions.
