(AUTOZONE)(ADDITION) To demolish and remove an existing metal building and construct a 6,950 sq. ft., two story, auto parts warehouse addition at the rear of an existing auto parts store. The addition will be constructed of concrete masonry block exterior walls and steel roof trusses. This permit also includes related site improvements. The new addition and existing building will be fully fire sprinkled. The proposed second level has not been reviewed and is not considered a part of this permit. A separate permit will be required to finish the second level of this addition. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
