(CAPITAL CITY FLORIST) PLAN MODIFICATION 5/30/12 TO MODIFY SCOPE OF PERMIT BY EXPANDING INTO ADJACENT 1,195 SQ. FT. TENANT SPACE, TO THE NORTH, FORMERLY A CHURCH TENANT SPACE, WITHOUT MAKING ANY CHANGES WITHIN THE ADDED TENANT AREA. THE CHRISTMAS STORAGE AND OFFICE AREAS ARE BEING RELOCATED. ORIGINAL WORK AREA IS EXPANDING AND A NEW 3' X 6'-8" DOOR IS BEING ADDED TO CONNECT THE TWO SPACES. THE NEW SPACE IS DESIGNATED AS OPEN STORAGE. THE NEW AREA IS AN OCCUPANCY USE CHANGE FROM A "B" OCCUPANCY TO AN "S1" OCCUPANCY. THE NEW STORAGE AREA WILL HAVE ITS OWN EXIT AND ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM, ALL PER MODIFIED PLAN. ALL RED-LINE COMMENTS AND ALL AGENCY PLAN REVIEWS ARE STILL APPLICABLE FOR ORIGINAL PLANS AND THIS EXPANSION. NEW TOTAL FLOOR AREA IS 4,141 SQ. FT. Remodel of existing 2,946 sq. ft. tenant space for retail sales and manufacturing of floral arrangements and related work areas. Work includes select interior demolition; add structural beam and columns; construction of new walls to create display/sales area, work areas, break room, offices and two new fully accessible restrooms; shipping / receiving room and three coolers. Accessible hi-lo drinking fountain and service sink being installed.
