NOTE: This building was remodeld under BLD05-01394 (dwelling to office) to comply with all accessibility requirements of code per plans on file. Work to include reversing swing of three exterior doors to swing out, installation of lever or panic hardware on exit doors, install smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, six foot cased opening above half wall in non-bearing wall between two classrooms, and remove 3.5' of wall between western classrooms for open access between rooms, adding emergency lighting in the interior and at exterior exit doors at landings and exit signs at exits.Occupant load for daycare set at 45 children under CUP12-00004 with up to 7 staff, a total occupant load of 52. Children 2-1/2 years of age or younger can only be cared for in the large front south classroom which has the only exit door directly to the exterior. Use of other room for this age of children would change the occupancy use group to an "I-4" which would require installation of a sprinkler system. drs
