Work to include: demolition of existing non-bearing walls, demolition of restrooms, [construction of new interior nonbearing walls to create an employee lounge, a new office, and a larger receiving area], minor electrical work (relocation of lighting only), minor plumbing work (relocate existing high / low drinking fountain), exterior site improvements (new paving and landscaping CZC12-00053), and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
