This modification will not increase the occupant load or change the previous code analysis. **TLW** Work is to include: exterior painting of the building, new exterior cladding over existing framing, new customer service waiting area, upgrade existing restrooms to comply with current accessibility standards, new mechanical work, new plumbing, new electrical, [construction of new walls to define an office area, a kids play area, a GMC write up area, and a lobby area], new structural openings in existing CMU wall, installation of new accessible doors/hardware, and interior finishes in accordance with ch. 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**

Todays inspection was just for the customer lounge area. To occupy this area the exit discharge light over the west door needs to be repaired. When this is repaired life safety will be passed in this area only.

JULIO and I actually had a conference and discussed life safety requirements. I noted that only the main exit door is allowed to have keyed hardware where-as many of the interior doors are aluminum store front type with keyed hardware. We also discussed fire extinguisher plancement and the location of the address numbers.
