(In Retrospect TCO) Inspection to determine requirements for issuance of a temporary occupancy in accordance with Resolution 13533, a policy allowing temporary occupancy in existing buildings that do not meet current IBC Standards for proposed occupancy use change. Approval for temporary occupancy use is dependant on Inspection approval of fire - life safety concerns, examples of which are attached to this permit for inspector reference and use. Upon passing of inspection a temporary occupancy certificate, good for 90 days, will be issued to the tenant. during this 90 days the tenant agrees to work with Jeff Likes, Architect, to provide plan resubmittals showing work to be performed to bring tenant space into compliance with current codes and ordinances under associated permit BLD12-00547, under review, such that all required upgrades can be completed within the 90 day time frame for permanent occupancy.
