(BOISE INDOOR SOCCER - ELEVATED OBSERVATION ROOM) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase and for fire area. To construct a 55 square foot observation room above an existing office within an existing 28,200 square foot indoor soccer building. The observation room is for coaches and others to observe soccer games. The elevated room is considered to be an enclosed mezzanine. Work is to include wood stairs, wood landings, wood guards, wood walls, wood ceiling, and handrails. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
