The tenant improvement work will be done under a future permit (i.e. BLD12-01193). Work done under this permit that is not compatible with the future tenant improvement work will need to be removed and replaced with work that is compatible. The completed systems are required to comply with adopted codes and ordinances. Compliance may require work done under this permit to be removed and replaced under a future permit. The Contractor shall proceed at his own risk. Pits are required at walk-in coolers and freezers having insulated floors to ensure compliant elevation changes and compliant landings at doors. Only Sheets A2.1, A2.2, P2.1A, P2.1B, P2.1C, and P3.1 are approved. The other sheets are for reference only. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings (including concrete thickness, reinforcing, and recommendations of the Geotechnical Engineer), and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
