The first story is an open parking garage, clubhouse/rec/media center and one accessible Type 'B' dwelling unit. The floor/ceiling assembly (U.L. N-706) between the first and second stories is of Type 1B Construction with a 2-hour horizontal fire-resistive separation and 2-hour fire-resistive support structure (U.L. X-630). The second and third floors are apartments of Type VB construction. Two exits are provided from each floor by way of 2-hour exit enclosures that exit to the exterior of the building. This building is required to be fully fire sprinklered in accordance with NFPA 13R. Separate permits will be required for this work as regulated by the Fire Department. *drs*
