(AXIA FINANCIAL – CW Moore Plaza – Ste #301) This building is fire sprinklered to meet the high-rise provisions of the UBC. To remodel a sublease space that was originally created under BLD04-01004. NOTE: the corridor was downgraded with letter from sprinkler contractor. This space has never been occupied before. Work is to include: [construction of interior non-combustible nonbearing walls to create 7 office, a break room, a copy room, and a reception /waiting room], installation of new doors and accessible hardware, installation of new floor finishes, new lighting and switching, relocate existing duct work, new break room sink, and new accessible service counter, interior finishes, and installation of suspended ceilings; all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
