The remainder of this tenant space will be occupied by Tactical Solutions under BLD12-01126. Work is to include: construction of a tenant demising wall, installation of new mechanical unit heaters, installation of new overhead door & opening, installation of a new lighting, new electrical, and new interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
