(BARBACOA – Rooftop Restroom Remodel) To remodel a 9,275 square foot restaurant building remodel that will enclose a 79 square foot restroom on the rooftop of this building. This remodel will increase the building area to 9,354 square feet. The restroom will serve the rooftop dining area. This building was built under BLD10-00550. Work is to include: construction of new exterior walls, construction of new roof system, installation of new accessible door / hardware, new plumbing, installation of new lighting, new exterior finishes, and new interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
