(BODYBUILDING.COM) To remodel an existing 77,050 square foot, two story office building with a 21,000 square foot basement building. This is a complete remodel of all existing floors. First Floor is 40,600 sq. ft. and Second Floor is 36,450 sq. ft.. The first floor square footage includes the new rear roof canopy. This remodel also includes extensive exterior changes including the demo and reconstruction of the exterior walls at the northeast, main entry, corner of the building, as well as, extensive exterior wall demo to install new window systems at all walls on both floors. To i nstall two new 13'x6' windows with light well retaining walls at the basement south wall. This building is fully fire sprinkled. The sprinklers are used for area increase. The building interior demolition was done under permit BLD12-00412. New site work to include parking and landscaping, entry plaza and patio area, as well as, a new volleyball and backetball courts. Planning approval done under DRH11-00300. All construction per approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
