Add new structural footings / foundation, steel columns, beams; non-combustible high parapet wall framing, high wall bracing, exterior EIFS and metal wall panel system on furring over weather barrier over Dens Glass sheathing on the steel frame; maintain and add to height of existing 2-hour fire wall between the future H&M retail and existing Cheese Cake Factory tenant spaces; with limited, site, electrical and sprinkler system work, all in preparation for new tenant, H & M retail. Tenant improvement for H&M retail will be under separate permits currently submitted for review. Special inspection required for concrete, welding, steel, epoxy anchor systems for concrete and masonry. drs
