(JUMP PROMOTIONAL AND STORAGE) This building does NOT have a fire sprinkler system. To remodel a 2,253 square foot room located within an existing 3,911 square foot tenant space located within an existing 8,189 square foot building. Not more than 660 square feet of this room is allowed to be used for assembly type promotional purposes (i.e. occupant load of 44). The remaining 1,593 square feet is approved for storage (i.e. occupant load of 5). The total occupant load of this room is not allowed to exceed 49 because the egress door does not swing in the direction of egress travel. Work is to include an interior landing, steps, and door at an existing interior doorway. When this room is occupied, unobstructed access to the restrooms and drinking fountains located within the adjacent tenant space shall be provided. Door locking hardware is not allowed to restrict access to these fixtures during occupied times. This permit is intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy only for the 2,253 square foot room having 44 assembly occupants and 5 storage occupants.
