All four units share a common path of egress into and through a 1-hour exit corridor with 60 minute fire-resistive, listed, labeled, self-closing door assemblies from the dwelling units into the corridor. All construction per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. One hour fire-partitions and one hour horizontal assemblies are required between dwelling units. This building is required to be fire sprinklered.
