Work is to include: construction of new non-bearing partition walls to create two new changing rooms, construction of a new stairway to an existing mezzainine, construction of new half walls to serve as guards for the mezzanine, installation of new handrails, relocate lighting, miscellaneous electrical, installation of new accessible doors / hardware, and interior finishes. . This section of the building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
