(REVOLUTION VODKA) Construction of Fire resistance rated non-bearing partitions within an existing warehouse which will include an alcohol dilution room, ADA restroom and new fire sprinkler room. Exterior modifications include one new man door in existing masonry wall; two new man doors in existing door and window openings; two new light fixtures; emergency and exit lighting and re-switching of two existing fixtures. Also included is the installation of process equipment for the H-3 occupancy that is being relocated from an existing facility. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space. The design engineer shall verify the installation of the tanks during construction and provide a final letter indicating compliant installation per the engineered design when completed to the City of Boise Planning and Development department. This tenant space is required to be fire sprinklered in accordance with NFPA 13 for occupancy and storage requirements as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit. **SRZ**
