Provide occupant load sign for "75" and mount at the main exit, provide building address of min. 4" of a contrasting color, relocate the ABC fire extinguisher to 75' of all points of the building, repair the emergency lighting in the kitchen area, provide correct remote annunciator for the duct smoke detectors per IMC 606.4.1 ex #2 (did not have audible and visible alarm), hood suppression system did not function.
