Tenant Improvement (Existing): C16939 B50-TGM ROOM CONSTRUCTION AND FIT UP
Scope of project: To construct a 113 sq. ft. vestibule (Booty Room) and 332 sq. ft. TGM (toxic gas monitoring) room and install required facilities for TGM equipment. The rooms will be constructed of unistrut framing components and a metal skin on one side. A 3' door will be added to access the vestibule room and then another 3' door into the TGM room. The doors will be push/pull hardware. There is a framed ceiling at approximately 10' a.f.f. The new vestibule will also be the required exit access point for the stair enclosure in the north east corner of the mechanical / equipment basement of B50. Exit signage and emergncy illumination is required at the vestibule entry door and into the stair enclosure (red-lined on plans). drs
