JUMP - Superstructure - To construct the structural frame for a new 240,445 sq. ft., six story JUMP building over an existing underground concrete parking garage and related site improvements. The building structural frame will be constructed of concrete and steel structural elements. Work under this permit shall not proceed beyond the superstructure until final approval of plans and issuance of the next phase building permit. That permit has not yet been applied for. As owner or designated agent, I acknowledge that I am performing this work at my own risk without assurance that the permit for the entire building structure will be granted, and I agree to make any modifications to the building structure work as may be required to comply with the City Codes and the final approved building plans and conditions.
