(D & B SUPPLY) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase and for fire area. To remodel an existing 42,456 square foot tenant space for a new retail tenant. The 2,028 square foot back addition was constructed under permit BLD12-02418. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, a roll-up exterior door, exterior concrete stairways and ramp, guards, handrails, suspended acoustical ceilings, display fixtures, and finishes. About 3,350 square feet of roof structure will be removed and replaced with new construction. This will allow the ceiling height to be increased by about 4 feet in that area. Structural work includes new roof beams, new roof joists, and new roof sheathing. New continuous roof insulation (R-20 minimum) and a new TPO roof membrane will be installed above the new roof deck. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
