DIGESTIVE HEALTH CLINIC - Addition and Remodel - To construct a 520 sq. ft., one story addition on the southwest corner of the existing building. The addition will include a new Hallway and a new Procedure Room and enlarge the Clean Utility and Soiled Utility areas. To expand the entry area under the existing exterior west roof covered entry by 195 sq. ft. This area will include a Vestibule, Prep/Recovery Room and a Step-Down Area. The remodel will include adding a 65 sq. ft. accessible restroom at the waiting area, to convert a Soiled Utility area to an I.V. Room, to convert Procedure Room #1 to two Prep/Recovery Areas, to delete two storage closets and enlarge two patient restrooms into those additional 10 sq. ft. storage areas. This permit also includes relates site improvements. The Procedure area is separated from the Prep/Recovery area by an existing one-hour smoke barrier wall. This facility is classified as an Ambulatory Health Care Facility. Separate fire permits will be required prior to any modifications to the Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm systems; as regulated by the Fire Department.
