Permit for the construction of a new 3,888 sq. ft., two story (unfinished basement 1,617 sq. ft., grade level 2,271 sq. ft.) single family dwelling with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, approximately 376 sq. ft. of covered patio/porch and a 720 sq ft. attached garage per the approved plans, plan review report, any notations and the attached engineering. This structure is located in WUI zone A and requires a class fire rated roofing material, noncombustible exterior siding and one hour fire rated soffits. A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
