Eyrie Canyon Pool - To construct an in-ground 25' x 40' gunite swimming pool, ranging from approximately 3'-6" depth to 5' depth, with related pool heater, filtering and operation equipment. Pool, deck & equipment shall be bonded per the NEC. Reinforcement and wall thickness to be in accordance with reviewed plans and engineering. Site plan indicates a barrier fence of 48" height, gates and gate hardware to comply with Section 3109 & Sec. 1008.2, 2009 IBC. The clubhouse, the required fencing around the pool, and accessible restrooms were constructed under BLD12-02551. The required fence barrier, egress/access gates and panic hardware shall be installed and approved for code compliance before the pool permit can be finaled for use. Plumbing fixtures, IBC Ch. 29, for pool/deck occupant load to be provided for code compliance see (restrooms & fixtures for Clubhouse, BLD12-02551). Maximum occupant loads sign shall be posted for the Pool/Deck area (129) which was used to establish plumbing fixture requirements. Accessibility of recreational facilities is responsibility of contractor, design professional & owners per current ADA requirements. NOTE: All storage and handling of chemicals shall be per the Fire Code.
