(WELLS FARGO LOAN OPS CALL CENTER EXPANSION - BLDG #1) Remodel to a 6,780 square foot interior portion of this existing 55,732 square foot building to expand the loan ops call center. Work to include: Interior demolition work per plans; construct a new interior non-bearing wall to create a comms room within the existing UPS room; alterations to the existing suspended ceiling system; modifications to the existing HVAC system; alterations to the existing lighting; install new emergency light fixtures and illuminated exit sign; patch and repair damaged interior gypsum wall board; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and applicable adopted codes. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **SRZ**
