This project consists of a (1,974 s.f.) remodel of an existing medical office / clinic space located on the fourth level of the MSTI building located at 100 east Idaho Street, Boise, Idaho. The entire building is fire sprinkled including the area of this tenant improvement. Work includes select interior demolition within the existing space and remodeling to create three private offices, three ultra-sound rooms, one NST room with 2 stations a combination conference / kitchen room, a new accessible restroom and support closets; suspended ceiling system, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarm system modifications as needed for new tenant. Separate applications, plans and permits are required before any sprinkler system or alarm system work can be done, as regulated by the fire department. drs
