(AMERICAN TITLE LOANS) Scope of work limited to repair of bearing wall damaged by vehicle impact and finsihes damaged by water. Three studs were broken at bottom connection to bottom plate. Studs were cut off, a header was added beneath cut off studs and new studs inserted from bottom of header to the existing bottom plate. The impact broke a water line to the toilet inside and broke the toilet. Water line to be repaired, wall insulation installed and damaged wall & floor finishes replaced and new toilet installed. Repair exterior finish and interior finish to match adjoining existing finishes. drs
