Work is to include 2 multi-user toilet rooms accessible to the disabled, 2 single user shower / toilet rooms accessible to the disabled, a single user kid’s toilet room accessible to the disabled, a multi-user kid’s toilet room accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board ceilings, exterior doors, interior doors, interior windows, platforms, a wheelchair lift to serve the Worship Auditorium platform, ramps to serve other platforms, interior stairways, millwork, and finishes. A new doorway will be created in an exterior masonry wall. A steel header and 2 steel jambs will be provided. This tenant space is required to be separated from the rest of the building by a 1-hr fire-resistance-rated fire barrier wall to create separate fire areas for fire alarm coverage. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 (including concealed combustible spaces) and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. A separate building permit will be required to finish the kitchen. Depending on the cooking operations, sewer grease abatement and/or grease hoods may be required. **CJW**
