WORK IS TO INCLUDE A TOILET, LAVATORY, BENCH, AND TRANSFER-TYPE SHOWER ACCESSIBLE TO THE DISABLED. NEW FLOOR AND WALL FINISHES WILL BE PROVIDED. A GYPSUM BOARD CEILING WILL BE CONSTRUCTED. A MINIMUM 70 CFM EXHAUST FAN DUCTED TO THE OUTSIDE IS REQUIRED. LOCKERS ARE NOT ALLOWED WITHIN THE ROOM.) A higher security 7,643 square foot controlled access office area of this tenant space will egress through the lower security controlled access meeting room portion of this tenant space. The controlled access devices are not allowed to obstruct egress. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, an interior window, suspended acoustical ceilings, suspended gypsum board ceilings, and finishes. Several floor outlets will be provided and are required to be properly fire stopped for at least 1-hr. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
