Open office partition in rm 533. Ada per the aproved plan. All fire spk. and alarm permits must be obtained thru the fire planreview dept. Mezzanine bld13-00028 is a stand alone permit to be inspected with the FPP insp. team. A plan for occupance phasing is on A1.00 The wheelchair lift is not a code required access for the mezzanine less than 3000 sqft. UL Panic Hardware for controled egress from time that building was constructed is code compliant. Existing access controlled egress hardware to remain and is compliant under the original code; all new door hardware must meet current code. This building is fully fire sprinklered with an approved fire alarm system. Any modifications to the building fire protection systems will require separate permits; as regulated by the Fire Department.
