B-deck, new steel headers, and two new stairways), construction of new vestibule (new exterior bearing walls, new FRT plywood roof deck, new metal roof joists, and new steel headers), new cement plaster exterior finish on vestibule, new windows added to existing exterior masonry wall, installation of new accessible doors / hardware, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
