Per a 01-19-1999 meeting of the Boise City Council and a follow up commentary letter dated 01-22-1999, item 7, the home is required to have a modified NFPA 13D fire sprinkler systems. In addition, to the NFPA 13D requirmenets all closets, bathrooms and attached garages are to be sprinklered. - TRF - A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection. Dave Hannah and I met with Legacy, roofing contractors, structural engineer and current contractor in regard to requirements for structural engineering on patio deck,10 ft retaining wall and attic space ventilation requirements. Structural engineer will provide design calcs for both deck and retaining wall and roofing contractor to provide attic ridge vent dimensions for calculation of additional soffit or roof venting.
