Dave Hannah and I met with Legacy, roofing contractors, structural engineer and current contractor in regard to requirements for structural engineering on patio deck,10 ft retaining wall and attic space ventilation requirements. Structural engineer will provide design calcs for both deck and retaining wall and roofing contractor to provide attic ridge vent dimensions for calculation of additional soffit or roof venting.
