Per a 01-19-1999 meeting of the Boise City Council and a follow up commentary letter dated 01-22-1999, item 7, the home is required to have a modified NFPA 13D fire sprinkler systems. In addition, to the NFPA 13D requirmenets all closets, bathrooms and attached garages are to be sprinklered. - TRF - A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
