Demolition work includes removing overhead doors, interior nonbearing walls, and an exterior fence. Work is to include new storefront windows in the former overhead door openings, a new double leaf entry door, new furring and insulation at exterior walls, new lighting, new HVAC systems, added roof insulation, and interior finishes. The 2 existing restrooms will be demolished and 2 new restrooms accessible to the disabled will be constructed. A separate racking permit is required for racks over 8 feet tall.
