Work to include: construction of new interior non-bearing partition walls to create a new clinic room, clinic waiting room, clinic storage room, and a new pharmacy and consultation room adjacent to the existing pharmacy location; installation of new compressor units, coolers, freezers and low profile in store racking fixtures; install upgrades for accessibility to existing restrooms; suspended ceiling grid system work installed per CISCA guidelines; replace existing interior lighting with new lighting per plans; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; install new cashier counter and printer station; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all applicable codes. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved. The existing envelope is not being affected by this permit.
