(CO-Sales) Suite 102. Permit for minor tenant improvements to an existing 4,386 sq. ft. tenant space to create two tenant spaces. Suite 102 will be CO-Sales (1678 sq. ft.) and suite 100 which is currently Core Engineeering will be dowsized to 2,703 sq. ft. (a new CO will be issued to reflect the change under BLD13-00862). Work will include the infill of an existing opening and the construction of approximately 35 lineal feet of interior nonbearing partition wall. This building is fully sprinklered as a substitute for one hour construction. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by hte Boise City Fire Department. All work per the approved plans. CDM
