These plans also include work to be done under permits BLD13-00903 (7th story) and BLD13-00904 (17th story). This tenant space is located in the South end of the 1st story. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 single user restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior windows, interior doors, suspended acoustical ceilings, suspended gypsum board ceilings, gypsum board ceiling soffits, millwork, a walkup ATM for pedestrians, a drive-thru ATM, pneumatic vacuum air tubes (VAT) and blower tubes to serve drive-thru lanes, and finishes. At least one teller station within the bank customer service lobby is required to be accessible to the disabled. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
