Project data: (FIREHOUSE SUBS) The Fire House Sub shop project has been broken out into 2 permits. The architect prepared the plans as one plan set then was asked to separate them into 2 different bid sets. This was done to be in conformance with their lease agreement. Indicating what portion of the project the owner will be responsible for versus what the tenant will be responsible for. BLD13-00892 scope of work includes the 2 new restrooms without finishes, stub for the 400 amp service and a new 12 ton HVAC unit. There will need to be some minor repair work to the existing tenant separation walls. Permit BLD13-00890 indicates the location of existing rated wall assemblies. The repair to the wall shall meet the same fire rating as required for the original building. The ceiling gird is being removed under this permit and the instillation of the grid is under BLD13-00890. The construction of the 2 permits is going to be done concurrently. The c of o cannot be issued until this permit is completed. **AJS**
