PLAN MODIFICATION 8-5-13 – Modification submitted to make minor modification to existing restrooms to upgrade restrooms to be fully accessible. These modifications do not result in any increase or decrease in the number of fixtures currently provided. **TLW** Work is to include: construction of a new non-combustible full height partition walls to isolate different areas in the Home Dept (such as: furniture, bed and bath, kitchen, etc), relocate multiple light fixtures, replacing less than 50% of existing lighting with new LED lights, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
