This project is for the remodel on the interior of an existing single family dwelling and the extension of the floor framing in an upper level bedroom to create a new 55s.f. above grade balcony. The bedroom window opening (modified) will be used for the placement of a sliding glass door. The rest of the project will be for new select finishes and fixtures. R-1A ok per David Moser.
