Provide panic hardware on the doors into the building lobby as per the approved plans, the door is missing from the mezzanine/stairway into the building lobby. Provide door that will maintain any rated assembly if required or get plan review approval that the door can be deleted (per later conversation with Tim it appears the door is part of a rated assembly). The fire extinguisher on the mezzanine is expired.
