Work includes demo of interior non-bearing walls, in fill of 2 doors not part of exit system as shown on the approved plans. Attached approval from ACHD, attached plan review comments, attached mechanial revision, attached plumbing fixture calculaiton, attached calculations for non protected openings in rated wall and all plan review conditions attached to plans by all reviewing agencies. Scope of work includes: installation of new kitchen equipment, installation of a new type I hood, (Big Dipper) grease trap under sink to remain, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully sprinklered per 1994 UCBC because it is too tall and has too many stories. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **AJS**
