This project in the "Wildland Urban Interface Hillside Area" is for the addition off a 34s.f. entry area and an extensive remodel to the interior of a 3803s.f. single family dwelling. The project is also to include an exterior above grade deck of 385s.f.. The new exterior surfaces will be of flame resistant materials with protected soffits. Project will required a subgrade inspection in all areas before any footing inspections can be scheduled with the building department. The subgrade inspection report shall be submitted to Public Works Hillside Review (Jason Taylor -jtaylor@cityofboise.org, 384-3946).
